Return Procedure

Your login information for your trading platform will be sent to you via email after your payment for one of our programs has cleared. Once you have received this information, there won't be any returns provided. In some extreme circumstances, we might grant a refund if no trades were placed on the account. Dispute Resolution

Clients whose dispute of charges or request for chargebacks to their bank is improper will have their access to the platform permanently banned. If you have any questions, do ask them via our live chat support.

 

Refunds following successful completion of the Evaluation & Professional Challenge

The initial sign-up fee will be reimbursed to you when you make your first monthly withdrawal following your successful completion of Phase Step of the Evaluation and Professional Challenge and entry into the sponsored phase. You won't get your sign-up fee back until you have enough cash to withdraw.
